I made this recipe using maple syrup. It was very heavy. If I make it again I will use honey and a an extra egg or two.

The crust was a little rubbery before it cooled, but once it did, it was amazing. The loaf was deliciously moist. I will be making this again and again!

10/10 this recipe turned out incredible. I followed the instructions (and just omitted the maple glaze) and it was to die for. It even froze and defrosted well. The brown butter is worth it. Will 100% make again!
