This is delicious, flavorful and simple to make. I used duck eggs and I think that also added a level of richness but it would still be flavorful and good with chicken eggs.

Was a little skeptic on the pears but tried it anyway and OMG it tasted like a Thanksgiving pie!! The brown butter truly makes the whole thing more caramel-y. Do yourself a favor and make this!! I had a piece every day till it was goneπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
