Omg. Insane. The new Thanksgiving potato default, goodbye mashed. I did the first bake in the oven the day before, then finished day of in our small countertop Breville, and it worked great. MAKE THESE!!!

Delicious!!!! Made them the first time and the family loved them. Made them for a work potluck. But fell asleep and way over cooked them to the point the cheese was crunchy and everyone still loved them. Ate them all. Got compliment from everybody that ate them 😂😂😂 They all want me to make them again for our thanksgiving potluck

So glad you love these! Hmmm you can definitely transfer the potatoes to keep in the slow cooker on the “warm” setting, it’ll just be tricky to keep the potato slices all in a row. They’ll still be delicious though!

This recipe is so good and seriously the best cheesy potatoes I’ve ever had!

Question, I’m thinking about bringing these for a work potluck but there are no ovens there or anything to keep these warm. Has anyone cooked this in a crockpot or even baked the recipe and then transferred it to a crockpot to keep it warm? Any tips would be super appreciated.

Really really cheese great recipe. I added freshly chopped garlic. Love the perfectly browned topping. The next time I make it I will add even more cheese.
